Most negotiation advice stops at "know your worth". This worksheet is about the ninety seconds where you have to say something out loud.

The structure is deliberately short: thank them, give one truthful reason, make one clear request, then stop talking. The pause is part of the method — it hands the next move to the other side without you bargaining against yourself.

Fill in the role, the market evidence you actually have, the current base salary and total compensation, the exact number or terms you will request, the fallback you would accept, and how and when you will follow up.

The $78,000 figure shown in the example column is fictional and illustrative. It is not a target, a benchmark, or a promised raise.
